Any non profit organization that operates as a 501c3 entity is invited to sponsor a queen contestant for our 2025 county fair and the organization will receive a donation of 10% of the season ticket sales of the contestant in October of 2025.
FAIR QUEEN CONTESTANT CRITERIA
Contestant must be classified as a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior in a Fayette County Public, Private or Home School for the 2025/26 school year and/or reside in Fayette County full time.
SPONSOR ROLES
The sponsor (non profit) will support and mentor the contestant in vying for queen, this can include but not limited to:
– assisting with sale of tickets
– listed as a contact person on materials to buy tickets
– organize/host special ticket sale events within the community that can also promote your non profit organization
– covering the cost of advertising materials
– a dress allowance, etc.
SPONSOR PERKS
– Donation of 10% of total season ticket sales
– Promotion of non profit and community outreach
