The Greater Fayette Community Foundation is proud to present the 2025 Community Impact Grants to 38 recipients serving rural south central Texas. These grantees were selected through a thoughtful and community-led review process, which reflects our commitment to expanding access to mental health care, strengthening workforce pathways, and advancing the well-being of rural and historically underserved communities across the region.

Council Leadership & Community Voice
Over the past six months, the Red Door Fund, Green Door Fund, and Rural Community Health Fund Advisory Councils have demonstrated exceptional care, discernment, and integrity. Their dedication to community voice, transparency, and equity was evident throughout every stage of the process. From refining investment priorities to reviewing applications and discussing funding alignment, we are pleased with how everything came together.
We are grateful for the commitment and heart each council member brought to this work. Their leadership ensured that this funding cycle was grounded in the lived experiences, challenges, and partnership of the communities we serve.
