Join the team at Lutherhill Ministries as our Administrative Coordinator and help create a welcoming, well-organized experience for every guest who comes through our doors.

This role is at the heart of our ministry, supporting daily office operations, managing camp and retreat registrations, and offering warm, responsive hospitality both in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. From coordinating registrations and processing payments to helping keep the office running smoothly, this position plays a key role in making Lutherhill a place where all feel welcomed, known, and cared for.
