Community-Led Funding in Action

These grants reflect GFCF’s commitment to a Community-Led. Community-Driven. approach to philanthropy. Our Community Impact Advisory Councils bring local knowledge, lived experience, and community perspective into the grantmaking process, helping ensure funding decisions remain connected to the communities they are intended to serve.

We are deeply grateful to our 2026 Community Impact Advisory Council members for the time, care, and thoughtful consideration they brought to this year’s funding process. Their willingness to listen, learn, discuss, and share responsibility helps make community-led grantmaking possible.

GFCF is also proud to serve as a St. David’s Foundation intermediary, helping extend community-led philanthropy and investment in Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays, and Williamson counties. Through this partnership, additional funding was made available through the 2026 Community Impact Funds, strengthening our ability to support organizations responding to locally identified needs.
