Are you ready to strengthen your board’s leadership and governance impact?

As part of the Nonprofit Impact Series, this Focus Session: Board Governance & Leadership is designed to equip nonprofit leaders with practical tools, clear governance frameworks, and strategic insight to better advance your mission.

Who Should Attend?

• Current nonprofit board members seeking to strengthen governance and leadership effectiveness
• New board members who want a clear and confident foundation in nonprofit governance
• Chief executives and nonprofit staff interested in improving board alignment and engagement
• Community members exploring board service and wanting to understand the responsibilities of governance

Registration Information

The $199 registration fee covers up to three participants from your organization.

We strongly encourage attendance from at least two board members and the chief executive to maximize alignment and implementation. However, organizations may also send three board members from a working board or a combination such as two board members and a development director.

Our goal is to get board leadership in the room and strengthen governance where it matters most.
