Building Nonprofit Capacity Through Collaboration

Through the Rural Nonprofit Networking Group (RNNG) and our annual Day of Education, we offer opportunities for nonprofit professionals to learn, share experiences, and grow together. Join us for monthly meetings and workshops that provide insights, best practices, and peer support.

Our grant programs are designed to support nonprofit organizations addressing the most pressing needs in our community. We offer funding through two primary grant opportunities:

Community Impact Grants

Donor Response Program Grants

Donor Response Program Grants

Share your vision and funding needs via our online portal. The Donor Response Program Grant is a year-round grant opportunity for local nonprofits in the Greater Fayette service area (link to section on About Page). This program no longer accepts paper-based applications. If you have any trouble logging in or creating an account, please contact [email protected].

Eligibility

To qualify for funding, you must fall into one of these categories:

  • 501(c)(3) public organizations serving residents within a 60-mile radius of La Grange, Texas
  • Collaboratives, coalitions, and partnerships with at least one member organized as a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit and acting as the applicant

Timeline

  • You may apply at any time during the year, however, you may only make a grant request once every 12 months
  • Each quarter, GFCF matches grant requests with the interests and passions of our fundholders, ensuring your project is funded at the highest level possible
