This August, the Greater Fayette Community Foundation (GFCF) invites residents and visitors to experience Round Top Restaurant Weeks, a month-long dining celebration where enjoying a great meal also helps strengthen rural communities.
From August 1 through August 31, participating restaurants will feature special prix fixe menus, signature menu items, specialty cocktails, and other unique dining experiences. A portion of proceeds from these featured offerings will benefit GFCF’s Community Impact Funds, which invest in grassroots organizations advancing mental health, workforce development, education, rural health, and community wellbeing across rural South Central Texas.
Round Top Restaurant Weeks celebrates the restaurants, chefs, and hospitality professionals who make Round Top a destination while creating new opportunities for guests to support local businesses and local nonprofits at the same time. Every meal purchased through Restaurant Weeks helps keep charitable dollars invested in the communities where they are needed most, creating lasting impact beyond the dining table.
