As Principal of The Strategy Group and Vice-President of Youth Development Strategies, Inc., Dr. Moore has secured over $30M in funding, catalyzed impactful community networks, and co-created frameworks like the Community Innovation Network to build adaptive capacity in underserved communities and Measuring What Matters, a system for tracking student progress toward graduation. A former foundation executive, William now serves as a Senior Fellow at the Midwest Center for Nonprofit Leadership at the Bloch School of Management and Senior Advisor at the Texas Health Institute, he is also a trusted advisor to foundations and nonprofits, blending data-driven approaches with a commitment to organizational impact and social equity.
