Rejuvenate yourself and your team with content and experience designed to prevent, navigate, and address burnout, without sacrificing impact. The schedule will include a keynote and breakout sessions.

Nonprofit leaders, staff members, board members, and community partners serving rural areas are encouraged to attend. Whether you’re new to the field or a seasoned professional, this event offers valuable learning, reflection, and connection opportunities.
The Day of Education is designed specifically for rural nonprofits. It brings expert-led training close to home, making professional development accessible and affordable, while focusing on both professional and personal renewal.
Generally, attendees may choose any session on the day, but we recommend reviewing the agenda in advance and arriving early for popular sessions. Some sessions may have limited seating.
Parking is available on-site at the venue.
Yes. The venue is accessible and designed to accommodate guests with mobility or accessibility needs. Please contact the Ashleigh Parks at ashleigh@greaterfayette.com in advance if you require special accommodations.
Come ready to learn, connect, and recharge! Bring a notebook or tablet for jotting down insights, and business cards for networking. Dress is business casual for sessions, but we encourage you to pack something comfortable if you’d like to join the optional sound bath or team-building activity during our extended lunch. You’ll also have time to explore the beautiful trails at Jordan Ranch, so feel free to bring walking shoes or casual clothes. This day is all about learning and renewal—for you and your team.
Yes, breakfast, snacks, coffee breaks, and lunch will be provided for registered attendees.
Absolutely. The Welcome Reception and the networking breaks throughout the conference are designed to help you connect with other nonprofit leaders and community partners from across the region.
