What makes this event different from other professional development conferences?

The Day of Education is designed specifically for rural nonprofits. It brings expert-led training close to home, making professional development accessible and affordable, while focusing on both professional and personal renewal.

Can I attend any session I like, or do I need to choose ahead of time?

Generally, attendees may choose any session on the day, but we recommend reviewing the agenda in advance and arriving early for popular sessions. Some sessions may have limited seating.

Where do I park and what are the transportation options?

Parking is available on-site at the venue.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. The venue is accessible and designed to accommodate guests with mobility or accessibility needs. Please contact the Ashleigh Parks at ashleigh@greaterfayette.com in advance if you require special accommodations.

What should I bring or prepare for the day?

Come ready to learn, connect, and recharge! Bring a notebook or tablet for jotting down insights, and business cards for networking. Dress is business casual for sessions, but we encourage you to pack something comfortable if you’d like to join the optional sound bath or team-building activity during our extended lunch. You’ll also have time to explore the beautiful trails at Jordan Ranch, so feel free to bring walking shoes or casual clothes. This day is all about learning and renewal—for you and your team.

Will food and beverages be provided?

Yes, breakfast, snacks, coffee breaks, and lunch will be provided for registered attendees.
